1. Overview
At Bulk Bazaar, we operate as a low-margin wholesale and bulk supplier.
To maintain competitive pricing, returns and refunds are strictly limited and only accepted under approved genuine cases in line with UK consumer law.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only consider returns/refunds under the following conditions:
Accepted Cases (Subject to Approval)
- Goods damaged in transit
- Goods incorrectly supplied
- Goods not received
- Products faulty or defective upon delivery
- Items significantly not as described
All claims must be:
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Supported with clear photo/video evidence
- Submitted via email to: sales@thamescc.com
3. Non-Returnable Items
To protect pricing and hygiene standards, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Food & drink items (unless faulty/damaged)
- Perishable goods
- Opened or used products
- Clearance / promotional items
- Products with short shelf life clearly stated
Bulk/pallet orders once delivered and accepted
4. Approval Process
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Bulk Bazaar reserves the right to:
- Reject claims without sufficient evidence
- Offer partial refunds based on condition/use
- Request return of goods before issuing refund
5. Return Conditions
If a return is approved:
β’ Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
β’ Must be returned within 5 days of approval
β’ Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless fault is ours
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method, or
- As store credit (preferred option for trade customers)
Processing time:
- 5β10 working days after approval
7. Right to Cancel (Consumer Orders Only)
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not business), you may have rights under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- 14-day cooling-off period applies only to non-perishable goods
- Customer must return goods at their own cost
- Items must be unused and resaleable
This does not apply to:
- Perishable goods
- Sealed items once opened
- Custom or bulk trade orders
8. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept delivery where possible
- Or sign as βdamagedβ
- Report within 48 hours with proof
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim rejection
9. Bulk & Trade Orders
Most Bulk Bazaar customers are business buyers.
For trade orders:
- Sales are considered final
- No returns accepted unless:
- Incorrect supply
- Major defect
We strongly recommend checking all goods immediately upon delivery
10. Liability
Bulk Bazaar shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit or business interruption
- Delays caused by couriers or external factors
