Delivery areas

We deliver to

UK mainland addresses - England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery charges and timescales are shown at checkout.

We do not deliver to

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or international destinations outside the UK.

Order processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. They begin from dispatch, not from the date you place your order.

Bulk & pallet deliveries

Large or heavy orders may be sent via pallet courier. Please ensure:

  • There is suitable access for a large delivery vehicle
  • Someone aged 18+ is present to receive and sign for the delivery
  • Delivery instructions (gate codes, business hours) are provided at checkout

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address including postcode
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during normal hours
  • Inspect goods on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours
  • Provide valid ID where required for age-restricted products

Delivery issues & claims

Please report missing, damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Email sales@bulkbazaar.co.uk with your order number and photos where applicable.

Risk & ownership

Ownership of goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a courier leaves a parcel in an unsafe location at your instruction, we cannot accept liability for loss or theft after delivery.

Failed deliveries & re-delivery

Re-delivery charges

If a delivery fails due to no one being available, the courier may charge a re-delivery fee payable by the customer.

Returned orders

If a parcel is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, we may deduct return shipping costs from any refund due.

Restricted & age-verified items

Alcohol and other age-restricted products require the recipient to be 18+ and may require valid photo ID on delivery. Restricted items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.
